"Restaurant" refers to the business entities showcasing their menus on our Platform.
"Content" refers to videos, images, text, and other materials uploaded to the Platform.
Dinereel provides a platform for Restaurants to display their food menu through reels, videos, or images. Users can view these menus and place orders through the app.
Users agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order. Dinereel shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the provision of inaccurate information by the User.
Restaurants guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of the Content they upload. Dinereel shall not be held liable for any misinformation or misrepresentation by the Restaurants.
All transactions made through Dinereel are secure. Dinereel is not responsible for any discrepancies in payments or payment failures.
All Content on Dinereel is the property of the respective Restaurants or Dinereel. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Content is strictly prohibited.
Dinereel, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
Dinereel reserves the right to terminate or suspend any User or Restaurant account without prior notice for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
